RIGIDITY
|

| Rigidity increases as the cube of the thickness of a given
material. The rigidity therefore increases rapidly as thickness increases. C.A.B. in a thickness of 0.250 inch is eight times as rigid as 0.125 inch thick sheet. The relative rigidities of the various thicknesses of C.A.B. Sheet sold for manufacture are shown in the table below: |
